Everything, in the monthly price
Most scenting is sold in pieces: buy the machine, then buy the oil, then pay for the install, then pay again when it needs a service. We price it as one thing because that is how it is actually used.
What sits outside the plan
A few things are genuinely bespoke and cannot honestly be covered by a fixed monthly figure. These are quoted on their own, and always before any work starts.

Scent marketing is the deliberate use of fragrance in a commercial space to shape how that space feels and how strongly it is remembered. It works because of anatomy: smell is the only sense that reaches the brain's emotional and memory centres directly, without being filtered and rationalised first. A chosen fragrance in a lobby or a shop floor therefore registers as a feeling before anyone consciously evaluates it — which is why it can change how a visit goes even for someone who never noticed there was a fragrance at all.
