Fragrance, delivery and upkeep — as one thing
SCENTX is a scent marketing company. We choose or compose the fragrance, install the equipment that delivers it evenly across a space, and maintain both so that the room still smells right in month twelve rather than only in week one.
We price it as one service because that is how it is used. £30 a month for a small diffuser, £60 for a large one, with the unit, the fragrance and the installation all included. There is no equipment to buy and no refill invoice, which means a single salon can afford the same standard of scenting as a hotel group.
Above that sits the work that is genuinely bespoke: composing a signature scent that belongs to one brand alone, producing branded candles and merchandise in that fragrance, and scenting events and launches. Those are quoted on their own, always before anything starts.

Scent is the only sense wired directly to the limbic system, where emotion and memory are formed. Everything we specify starts from how that actually works.
Strategy
A fragrance without a brief is decoration. We define the outcome first — dwell time, perceived value, recall — and work backwards to the composition.
Scent
Then the craft: the right composition, at the right intensity, delivered evenly, and maintained so it still performs in month twelve.
A short list, honestly kept
We will not sell you a bigger unit than your space needs, because an over-scented room is worse than an unscented one and it is the fastest way to lose a client. We will not let you choose a fragrance from a paper blotter alone — it has to be trialled in your own space, at your own air turnover, before anyone signs anything.
And we will not claim a number we have not measured for you. Published research consistently associates ambient scenting with better dwell time, spend and recall, but your figures are the only ones that matter, so we would rather help you baseline them than quote somebody else's.
